1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and toto8 ("toto8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at toto8.one.

By creating an account, accessing any service, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the toto8 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the toto8 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by toto8, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, 4D lottery, and poker. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions and will be communicated at the relevant point of use.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a toto8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of toto8 or any of its licensed game providers;
• You have not previously had a toto8 account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through toto8 or any associated gaming platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) toto8 account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the toto8 registration process and to keep such information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. toto8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto8 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify toto8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. toto8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

toto8 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct customer due diligence checks. By registering, you agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests, including the submission of government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian IC / MyKad or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the toto8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (subject to change; refer to the current cashier page for up-to-date limits);
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless approved otherwise by toto8 customer support;
• Withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification;
• toto8 does not charge deposit fees; withdrawal processing times vary by payment method;
• Funds deposited into a toto8 account that have not been subject to at least one (1) bet placement may, at toto8's discretion, attract a withdrawal administration fee to cover processing costs.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

toto8 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and met applicable eligibility criteria;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms;
• toto8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic bet patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one to which they were issued.

6. Betting Rules

By placing any bet on the toto8 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. toto8 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where permitted by specific product rules;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• toto8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of system error, manifest error in odds or pricing, or suspected fraud;
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet, toto8 will investigate and determine a fair resolution. The decision of toto8 management in such matters is final;
• Live betting markets may be suspended, delayed, or voided at any time due to data feed interruptions or event circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one toto8 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the toto8 platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you are not authorised;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Accessing toto8 services from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the toto8 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the property of toto8 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the toto8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any toto8 content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

toto8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the toto8 Privacy Policy. toto8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or licensing obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

toto8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered toto8 players:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic logout;
• Cool-off periods (24 hours to several months);
• Permanent self-exclusion from the toto8 platform.

Players wishing to activate any responsible gaming measure should access their account settings or contact toto8 support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto8's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim. toto8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the toto8 platform, even if toto8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

toto8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the toto8 platform at your own risk.

12. Suspension & Termination

toto8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of a regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, toto8 may withhold account funds pending investigation. Where an account is terminated for cause, toto8 is not obligated to return funds associated with prohibited activity.

You may close your toto8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, your remaining wallet balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13. Amendments

toto8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the toto8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under toto8's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through toto8's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under applicable international arbitration rules. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction.
